  • Expected juice volume: Project how many servings or gallons of juice you plan to sell each day. You can start with a small but efficient citrus juicer and upgrade to a high-volume or multiproduct juicer as demand increases.
  • Space and operational flow: One of the biggest challenges with competitors' professional juicers is that they are too large. If they are not integrated into the original floor plan or counter design, they won't work for you. We have options that require as little as 0.3 meters of countertop space!
  • Service type: Create a unique dining experience by determining if you want to serve juice made on the spot or if you want to pre-squeeze part (or all) of your juice. If you want to pre-bottle a high volume of juice, a cold press maximizes freshness and ensures zero foam or separation.

Soul Series 2

Soul Series 2 is a low-volume citrus juicer, small but powerful. It's an excellent solution for breakfast service and for testing your new juice line.

  • Fruits per minute: Squeeze up to 18 fruits per minute with our smallest model.

  • Service type: Self-service for individual servings or back-of-house juicer.

  • Space: Requires 0.3 meters of countertop space, plus space to store citrus and beverage ware.

  • Location: Countertop or juice cart.

  • Colors: Black with smoke gray, natural sand, or light green. Or white with smoke gray or natural sand.

Essential Pro

Essential Pro is a medium-volume juicer ideal for pre-squeezing several gallons a day or a high volume of juice made on the spot.

  • Product type: Oranges, tangerines, lemons, and limes.

  • Fruits per minute: Squeeze up to 22 fruits per minute with 4 to 5 fruits in the feeding tube at a time.

  • Service type: Self-service for individual servings or automatic back-of-house juicer.

  • Space: Requires 0.46 meters of countertop space, plus space to store fruit and beverage ware.

  • Location: Countertop with or without lift kit.

  • Colors: Black, graphite, or orange.

Versatile Pro

Versatile Pro allows you to load more oranges in the hopper for high-volume citrus juicing. If you don't have countertop space, mount it on a Zumex wheeled podium or a standalone podium.

  • Product type: Oranges, tangerines, lemons, and limes.

  • Fruits per minute: Squeeze up to 22 fruits per minute with up to 35 pounds of citrus in the hopper at a time.

  • Service type: Self-service for individual servings or automatic back-of-house juicer.

  • Space: Requires 4.8 meters of countertop space, plus space to store fruit and beverage ware.

  • Colors: Orange, black, or graphite.

Multifruit

Our Multifruit  allows you to create signature juice recipes. With a 3-inch diameter feeding tube, less cutting is required. Fruits and vegetables are crushed with the titanium disc and strained for a vibrant, smooth, and nutritious juice.

  • Product type: All fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

  • Fruits per minute: Extracts up to 1/2 gallon per minute.

  • Service type: Back-of-house juicer.

  • Space: Requires 0.3 meters of countertop space, plus space for cutting and storing products and beverage ware.

  • Colors: Black, white, graphite, silver, and cherry.

Cold press

Mastery  is the gold standard in juicing technology. Pressing generates less heat and retains more digestive enzymes. This ensures the juice is foam-free and has no oxidation or separation. Only large melons need to be cut in half, everything else is juiced whole. Pressing is a superior option for pre-bottling a high volume of fresh juice.

  • Product type: All fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

  • Fruits per minute: Squeeze up to 30 gallons per hour.

  • Service type: Industrial back-of-house juicer.

  • Space: Standing, 2.1 meters high, 0.74 meters wide, 0.94 meters deep.

  • Color: Light green with silver.
