You will find the serial number on a sticker underneath the machine.
Press and hold the door button for several seconds until it lights up. If this doesn't solve the problem, check the fuse located at the base of the cable at the back of the machine.
Check that the juicing system has been correctly inserted. If it is in the correct position, check the docking connection with the machine. It may be jammed because it is dirty. Finally, check that the juicing system rotates freely.
Check that the right size of fruit is being used. Using larger or smaller sizes than the size recommended can jam the machine.
Make sure the door of the machine is securely closed. If it still doesn't start, make sure the door is not broken.
No, the machine should be cleaned with a wet cloth after unplugging it from the mains.
