Detox Breakfast

A sweet and acidic juice to kick off your day well. This juice is a powerful antioxidant and it favours cardiovascular health. It is ideal to recover after doing exercise, it protects your circulatory system and strengthens your immune system.

Ingredients

100 grams of Water melon

6 Strawberries

½ Lime

Preparation

  • Remember to wash the pieces well before you put them into the multi-juicer.
  • Take a normal slice of water melon, remove the peel and chop into smaller pieces.
  • Add six strawberries after removing the leaves.
  • Finally, peel a lime and cut it in half.
  • Then put the slices of water melon, the six strawberries and half a lime into the multi-juicer.

 

Enjoy a really beneficial and pleasant juice!
