GENERAL CONDITIONS WEB ZUMEX OUTLET
  1. The products offered on WEB OUTLET are items from fairs/returns/used, but in all cases, they have been reviewed and tuned for proper functioning.

  2. WARRANTY:
    2.1 All products in the Foodservice & Retail line will have a 1-year warranty on parts, starting from the date of invoice issuance.
    2.2 Products in the Vending and Mobile line will have a 6-month warranty on parts, starting from the date of invoice issuance.

  3. THE PURCHASE PROCESS.
    3.1 Sending the completed form does not constitute a purchase of the product. The requested product will be reserved.
    3.2 Zumex Group will proceed to process the sales order as usual with the received reservations, sending an order confirmation to the customer.
    3.3 For the purchase of Zumex Outlet products, the same commercial conditions agreed with Zumex Group, S.A for that type of products will apply.

  4. CLAIMS.
    4.1 Generally, you can send your product claims to the after-sales service of Zumex Group, S.A. preferably by fax or email sat@zumex.com. Once the claim is accepted, Zumex Group, S.A. may choose to repair or replace the products.
    For any order claims, it is an essential condition that at the time of receipt of the goods, the Customer indicates on the delivery note signed to the carrier any incident related to the condition of the goods, the packaging, or the number of packages. This incident must be communicated by fax or email to the Commercial Administration Dept., attaching a copy of the delivery note within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the goods, after which it will be considered accepted by the Customer.

  5. RETURN CONDITIONS.
    5.1 Product returns resulting from any disagreement must be communicated and authorized by Zumex Group, S.A. Once the return is authorized, the customer must send the goods within a maximum of 3 days.
    5.2 All returns must be in their original packaging and properly documented, indicating the reason and the person from Zumex Group, S.A. who authorized the return. No return will be accepted that does not meet these requirements.
    5.3 When the reasons for the return are not attributable to Zumex Group, S.A., all expenses generated by the return will be charged to the Customer.
    5.4 When the reasons for the return are attributable to Zumex Group, S.A., the return will be carried out by transports authorized by Zumex Group, S.A.

  6. SECURITY
    6.1 Zumex Group, S.A. ensures that its products and the procedures used in their manufacture comply with the current regulations detailed in the User Manual and official catalogs in force.
    6.2 Any change in the product specifications made by the Customer will be under the Customer's sole responsibility.

  7. DATA PROTECTION
    For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data of customers are incorporated into a customer and marketing file of Zumex Group, S.A., which processes them with the measures established in the Security Measures Regulation for their use in the development of commercial relationships, to inform you about our products and send you promotional and advertising information. The customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to Zumex Group S.A., C/ Molí 2, 46113 Moncada (Valencia), Spain.

  8. USE OF THE BRAND
    Zumex Group S.A. is the legitimate owner of all marketing elements of its products and services, especially the brands, designs, and patents related to them, so any use of these in products or their parts, business names, promotional, commercial, or advertising documentation, Internet or any other will require prior express written authorization from Zumex Group, S.A.
